Marfan Awareness Day 2014
On Saturday 19th July 2014 the Sporting Bears sponsored and co-organised the Marfan Awareness Day held at the Heritage Motor Centre, Gaydon.
Marfan Syndrome is a predominantly inherited cardiac disorder which also affects eyes & skeleton.
The Day provided children & families affected by Marfan the opportunity to meet and share with ‘others’, including medical professionals, and for the younger ones in particular a Day to have fun.
The Day included Presentations, Events within the Heritage Motor Centre, the Land Rover ‘Experience, & our ‘Dream Rides’.
