Introduction

• By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to and accept these competition terms and conditions in full.
• The competition is being run by Sporting Bears Motor Club Ltd - www.sportingbears.co.uk

Eligibility to Enter and Win

• The competition is open to entrants of any age.
• Photographs must be taken by the entrant at a 2025 (May to November) Sporting Bears event. This must be an image of something related to the Sporting Bears for example a Sporting Bears car, the gazebo or cool wall, or anything in the Sporting Bears area.
• There is a limit to one prize per entrant per season (current competition season May to November 2025)
• Sporting Bears Motor Club Ltd club members and associates are excluded from the draw.
• By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded.
• Entrants aged under 18 years of age must provide proof of their parent, guardian or carer’s agreement to participate. In addition The parent, guardian or carer must tell Sporting Bears whether or not they provide permission for the name of the entrant to be publicised on social media.
• There will be one prize awarded every calendar month, decided by the last day of the month, starting at the end of May 2025.

The Prize

• The winning prize will be a passenger ride in a car at a Sporting Bears Dream Rides event in 2025. Entrants can select the event they want to attend from the list at www.sportingbears.co.uk
• The value of the prize is £50 towards a Dreamride. If the Dreamride the winner selects has a value of more than £50 the entrant will be required to pay the difference. If the Dreamride is less than £50 there will not be any cashback or refund of the difference.,
• The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
• The Dreamride is subject to the cars available for a Dreamride at the event on the day of the event.
• Sporting Bears's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner

• The winner will be chosen the last day of each calendar month from May to November inclusive.
• Sporting Bears will make two attempts to contact the winner via social media. If there is no response to the contact made by Sporting Bears within 5 days they forfeit their right to the prize, and Sporting Bears reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Delivery of the Prize

• The winner will be sent a voucher by social media, email or post (subject to the correct address being supplied) with their name and a unique reference number. Sporting Bears event organisers will be informed of the name of the winner and the unique reference number which is not transferable.
• You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Sporting Bears for the purposes of administering the competition and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
• The winner's first name and country of residence may be announced on The Sporting Bears website and social media channels, along with photographs.

Limitation of Liability

• Sporting Bears accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

General

• Sporting Bears reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to amend these terms and conditions.
